At Affan's Decor Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll replace it free of charge.
• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos & videos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement promptly.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
• Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
